The Avalon Manufacturing Warranty Every order shipped by Avalon Manufacturing has been tested for 100% quality and performance. The return policy is 15 days of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. All returns need to call to get an authorization number and ship their gun within 14 days after receiving return authorization number. We will not refund a used product. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned products. Guns returned for warranty with no malfunctions are subjected to be charged return freight fee The Warranty covers any defects in materials and/or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. The valve and the hammer is warranted for one year. For the warranty to be effective, the customer must return the enclosed warranty registration card along with a copy of the purchase receipt within a fifteen day period from the date of purchase. Returns and Exchanges must be sent in for evaluation. Products evaluated to have been damaged by the user will be either returned at cost of the customer, or repaired at the cost of the customer and then returned. We will not refund or exchange a product that has been damaged by the customer. Avalon Manufacturing will not accept dirty markers, markers filled with debris, abused marker, and markers that have damage willfully done to them. If the product is defective in material and/or workmanship due to AMC, Avalon Manufacturing agrees to repair or replace any product at its discretion within a reasonable period of time provided that the postage is prepaid to Avalon Manufacturing Co. Avalon Manufacturing WILL NOT cover any damage caused by misuse or improper installation of after marker products caused by the user. Avalon Manufacturing WILL NOT cover any purchases made through EBAY or any other auction house, online or not. Avalon Manufacturing WILL NOT cover defects caused by lack of maintenance. Such include worn out o-rings, non-lubricated parts, and failure due to dirt or debris. Markers sent to us with failure due to lack of care will be assessed a $45 service fee, plus $6.50 return shipping, where we will service your marker to working order, by replacing o-rings, etc. The price of replacement parts is not included, eg: valves Please check your marker and make sure your problem is covered by our warranty.
